7. Payments
All purchases are subject to a one-time payment.
We only accept FPX — a secure Malaysian online banking gateway.
Please ensure your bank supports FPX transactions before making a purchase.
8. Shipping Policy
(i) Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure all contact information is correct. Undeliverable items due to incorrect address will incur re-delivery charges.
(ii) Change of Address
To change your shipping address, contact us via WhatsApp within 12 hours of order placement.
Requests made after 24 hours will be subject to additional shipping charges.
(iii) Shipping Time
Please note that the delivery timeframe of 2–7 working days is calculated from the day the order is shipped, not from the order placement date.
Delivery may be delayed during public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen events such as floods or other natural disasters.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
(i) Cancellation Before Course Starts
All course payments are non-refundable once made.
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), cancellations may be considered with proper documentation (e.g., medical certificate).
Upon approval, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
(ii) Eligible Return Conditions:
Wrong Item: Item received differs from what was ordered.
Damaged Item: Item arrived damaged.
(iii) Return Requirements:
Returns must be made within 7 working days of receipt.
Customers bear all return shipping costs.

(iv) Non-Refundable Conditions:
No returns or refunds for change of mind.
No cancellations allowed once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to reject any request deemed unreasonable.
(v) Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original bank account within 3–5 working days.
